- The applicant must be an eligible member of TRI Co-Operative (Urban) Thrift & Credit Society Ltd.
- The applicant must hold an eligible deposit with the Society, as applicable under the Loan Against Deposit Scheme.
- The member may be required to produce the relevant Deposit Certificate or deposit-related documents for verification.

- The eligible loan amount will depend on the value and terms of the qualifying deposit, subject to the Society’s approved policies.
